Private Instruction
We understand that carving out 3-4 hours of your life can be challenging, so we offer private lessons to accommodate gaps in your schedule. We schedule these 1 hour at a time and the price is $100/person per hour. These lessons are completely customizable to what YOU want to learn, simply tell the instructor what you want to work on and we will help you to the best of our ability. If you would like to request an alternative date/time, please contact your desired instructor at the email listed below.
*Any questions can be sent to Training@sharpshooting.net or give us a call at (509) 535-4444 during operational hours.
Darius Mick
Training Director
Email: darius@sharpshooting.net
Background: 7 years USMC & 4 years teaching firearms professionally
What I like about teaching others: Seeing progression and the "light-bulb" moment in students.
Teaching style: The name of the game is incremental improvement. Getting progressively better is the goal and while the discussions are serious, I approach everything with a sense of humor and empathy. Hands-on experience is the best way to learn and nothing replaces hard work.
Taylor Little
Operations Manger
Email: taylor@sharpshooting.net
Background: 10 years in the industry, competitive shooter, hunter, hobbyist.
What I like about teaching others: Watching student confidence grow and seeing smiles on students’ faces. Being a female in this industry, I love teaching women who want to learn to shoot and protect themselves.
Teaching style: I create a goal based platform and let my background dictate my approach to teaching. We are all here to learn serious safety skills and educate ourselves, but we can have fun doing it.
Luke Cools

What I like about teaching others: I love to hear and see the excitement that the students get from the moment everything comes together perfectly!
Teaching style: I try to accomplish the goals that each individual student has and help them achieve the overall goal of the class they are taking.
