This 5-hour class combines Women & Guns and Firearm Ownership classes. It is designed for women interested in firearms for self-defense or sport and concerned about Washington State firearm laws. The course covers marksmanship fundamentals, operating semi-automatics and revolvers, and firearm safety. We also cover responsible gun ownership, statutory laws on firearms possession, self-defense, restrictions, recent legislation/court decisions, and human performance under stress. Enhance your ability to ethically and lawfully defend yourself and your family. The class includes a live-fire portion using .22 LR, .380, 9mm and .38 Special. Guns and ammunition are provided by Sharp Shooting. Eye and Ear protection must be provided by the student or purchased in store. This class requires a student to be at least 14 years of age.
